The Hotel 1891 hildesheim resides in a renovated Founding Age house with over 100 years of restaurant tradition. Built in 1891 in the Wilhelminian style, the red brick building was revived in the spring of 2012 by the owners, the Ringe couple, as a city boutique hotel.
