1891 hildesheim boutique hotel

STORY of 1891

The Hotel 1891 hildesheim resides in a renovated Founding Age house with over 100 years of restaurant tradition. Built in 1891 in the Wilhelminian style, the red brick building was revived in the spring of 2012 by the owners, the Ringe couple, as a city boutique hotel.

Hotel manager and tenant Thomas Heidutzek brings his experience as a hotel manager from a wide variety of renowned houses and hotel chains – such as the Dorint, Steigenberger, SORAT or relexa. He also brings this knowledge when he accompanies new openings as a freelance consultant, such as at the Harzresort peat house. From Lake Constance to Rügen, from Regensburg to the Nürburgring are his professional stations.

Not only his lateral thinking style is invaluable for hotel and guests, but also his enormous expertise, which he also likes to pass on to future hotel managers as a guest lecturer at the Ravensburg Vocational Academy. Thomas Heidutzek puts his personal statement into place today at the 1891hildesheim boutique Hotel as:

“A hotel must be a holistic overall experience. It needs its own exciting dramaturgy, which is made up of excellent service, delightful aesthetics and versatile enjoyment.”
